Clinical Work Experience

Her clinical experience has been exhaustive including working for Medical Colleges, prestigious private hospitals of Jaipur (SDMH &FEHJ), Nodal ESI Hospital as well as periphery.

• Surgical Emergencies
  She has managed all obstetrical and gynaecological emergencies like APH, PPH, PET, MRP, Rupture Uterus, Inversion Uterus, Rupture Ectopics, Twisted Ovarian cyst, Hematoma drainage and the list of these will add to nearly seven hundred cases.


• High Risk Obstetrics
  She is proficient in managing high risk, complicated & referred obstetric cases, labour monitoring, conducting instrumental, operative as well as painless deliveries and neonatal resuscitation.
  She has given consultation to more than ten thousand obstetric out patients and has done all types of obstetric procedures including eighteen hundred Caesarean Section deliveries.
  She was part of ABC of Critical Care Obstetrics Safdarjung Hospital, Delhi.
  She is dealing with pregnancy associated angnia, diabetes, hypertension, cardiac and renal disease.


• Endoscopic Surgeries ( Key hole Surgeries)
  Her research work has made her well versed with principles of conducting laparoscopic surgeries.
  She has gained vast experience and great skill in advanced laparoscopic and hysteroscopic gynae surgeries.
  She is regularly performing laparoscopic procedures like TLH, myomectomy, overian cyst, Ectopic pregnancy, endometriosis, infertility, hysterectomy in previous abdominal surgeries & hysteroscopic procedures like uterine polyp resection, submucosal fibroid Asherman's adhesions.
  She has been awarded prestigious fellow of the Association of Minimal Access Surgeons of India -FMAS


• Gynaecological Procedures
  She has done daily OPD of nearly hundred gynaecological patients in her tenure at Zanana Hospital SMS Medical College, Jaipur.
  She is conducting all types of open operative gynaecological procedures like Abdominal and Vaginal Hysterectomies, Laparotomies and other minor procedures.


• Infertility Clinics
  Infertility patients form about 20% of her out patients and in patients and their management has been a regular feature in Zanana, SDMH and FEHJ.
  Infertility has been her topic of interest and she has taken Hands on training session of IUI organised by Lilavati Hospital, Mumbai.
  She has vast experience in infertility management and patients with recurrent miscarriages.


• Antenatal Programme At FEHJ
  She is actively involved in Antenatal Care Programme designed to provide comprehensive care to expectant mother conforming to international guidelines.
  She is conducting teaching session designed to meet queries to women prior to, during & in period after delivery.


• FEHJ Camps
  She has participated in camps organised for the patient counselling and prepared and delivered sessions on common gynaecological disorders, for public health awareness.

NABH

• During her tenure in FEHJ, She has actively participated in working towards achieving NABH for Department of Obstetrics and Gynaecology. She is well acquainted with literature of NABH.
  She was involved during Internal Audit of Gynaecology Department for NABH preparation & closing all deficiencies pointed out during NABH survey.

Teaching Experience

• Five years experience of teaching Post Graduate students and Undergraduate students during tenure of SMS Medical College and JLN Medical College.
  She was also involved in teaching of DNB students and nursing staff at S.D.M.H., & ESI Hospital.
  She is actively involved in conducting seminars, case presentations and journal clubs and classes at FEHJ.
  She is involved in teaching paramedical staff about the various clinical and technical procedures at FEHJ.
